Introduction & Purpose:

My name is Travis Wayne Nuckolls and I am a graphic artist from the midwest. This site is a small portion of my portfolio that allows me to share my past and current projects with friends, collegues, and anyone interested in my work.

Some are more straight forward than others and some are are just included for my own satisfaction. Regardless, thank you for visiting my site, enjoy!

A Brief History of School, Work & Skills:

When I started college, I wanted to be an illustrator. It was not until I decided to pursue a Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville that I discovered the digital arts. I was hooked. In the summer of 2001, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Art specializing in graphic design. While there, I completed an internship with the on campus print shop, worked as a stringer for the school newspaper, and held a part time job in a custom frame shop.

I finally got my chance to do professional graphic design with a non-profit design firm called CAIT. While I was there I worked on numerous educational websites, instructional interfaces, logo designs, and print projects. After almost 3 years there, I began a new job with with an E-commerce company. While there I worked in both the logo department and the website design department. Recently I have moved away from E-commerce. I breifly held a position as a website editor for Maritz Inc and I am currently a graphic artist for Boeing contracted through SSE.
